A CPM-based starting point, not a rate card — niche, usage rights, exclusivity and deliverable counts move real quotes up or down.

How the calculator works

Price ≈ average views ÷ 1,000 × CPM. We prefill typical CPM bands by platform (TikTok $3–8, Instagram $6–12, YouTube $8–20) — edit them to match your niche's going rate.

How to read the result

Use the band as an opening range: proven engagement and past sponsorship performance justify the upper end; unproven accounts usually open near the lower end.

FAQ

Should I price on followers or views?
Views. Follower count is reach potential; average views is what actually gets delivered — most professional rate cards are CPM on delivered views.
What raises the price beyond CPM?
Usage rights (ads beyond the platform), exclusivity clauses, whitelisting and fast turnarounds are commonly priced as add-ons on top of the base post.
Where do the CPM ranges come from?
Commonly cited industry rate bands per 1,000 views — TikTok $3–8, Instagram $6–12, YouTube $8–20. Both ends are editable, so you can plug in your own benchmarks or an agency rate card.
Does the estimate include production costs?
No. It estimates the posting fee based on delivered views. Scripting, shooting, editing and licensing are typically billed separately from the base post.
Why is YouTube's CPM band the highest?
YouTube views come with longer watch times and search-driven longevity, so each delivered view tends to be worth more to advertisers than a short-form view.
How do I sanity-check a creator's quote with this tool?
Enter the creator's median views from recent organic posts — not their best viral. If the quote sits far above the band, ask for case data or compare the creator against similar accounts first.
Where does the data come from?
Public platform data and third-party public profile databases. We don't scrape behind logins or buy private lists.
Is this an audit?
No. It's a heuristic estimate from public metrics to help you decide whether to reach out — not a verdict on a creator.
Does it cost anything?
Some tools work without signing up. Data lookups use a small number of credits per successful query; failures are refunded automatically.
Can I export the results?
Yes. Unlocked results export to CSV, and in the workspace you can process them in batches.
